I’m pretty satisfied with the treatment Itsel. However, I have three complaints. The first is that there were only two ladies who worked here. They looked too busy and overbooked that customer myself did not relax at all. I was shown to my seat without any sanitising after the previous customer. There were white dusts all over the table. Most important complaint is I was charged £15 for taking my them off from other salon. I was sure Shellac were on my nail but the lady here said th
