As always, a lovely experience. The staff are friendly and inviting and always offer excellent service. I had a snap in my nail bed in both sides of one nail, and was concerned of it breaking completely, it didn't hurt at this point, but I worried about the drilling/filling/buffering stage of the removal would cause pain and break off. When I explained this to Nadia, she listened and took great care in the removal. No pain at all! She also reinforced it with some gel, which is fab! 5 Stars!

Elena did my nails and can I just say she was the BEST I've ever had. Professional, she kept on listening closely to my instructions, she gave me all the time I needed to choose while also providing me with her own excellent taste. I have been receiving compliments about my nails non-stop. I would 100% recommend her!!! Thank you soo much Chocolate and nails <3
