Kat did an amazing manicure! She took her time removing my gel polish, walking me through the steps as she completed them (I'm new to manicures, so I had lots of questions!). Kat knew exactly the possible colours of gel I'd like and applied samples of the different colours so I could see the colours before making my final colour decision. Kat took her time to apply the different layers of polish and did an immaculate job painting white tips. Kat was friendly and professional. :)
