Three staff shouted at me giving me a migraine and making me cry. All this while they made my nails bleed with a pathetic thin layer of shellac that my nail is still showing (see photo). I agree with a lot of reviews that note the quality has gone down (I say this having come here regularly since it opened). I complaint with management who refused to log my request or give a refund.
