There's a nice atmosphere at Chocolate and Nails and the staff are friendly and efficient. I arrived early and they saw me right away

Extremely disappointed by the whole experience, rude management and not the service I requested. Was asked to pay again and wait for a refund?!? Salon was dirty and over crowded and didn’t even get offered a water and is by far the most expensive in Ealing. Dont bother visiting here.
