I booked and prepaid for a manicure and pedicure package through Treatwell. When I arrived, I was told that I had only booked a manicure and would need to pay an extra £42 for the pedicure. Despite showing my booking confirmation and email, which clearly stated "mani + pedi," they claimed the website was incorrect.
