The treatment room is very small and stuffy. There should be a towel or something for the client to use until the therapist arrives to do the wax.

I was really disappointed. The implements were not sterilised after being used for previous clients and looked well used….and a bit rusty. She was quite rough when cutting back my cuticles which made my fingers bleed. They are still quite sore. I won’t go back there.
