This is a review of the venue in Ealing Broadway as the appointment was efficiently exchanged due to the technician's absence in Northfields.
The staff was caring, friendly, and nice, but some of my nails started peeling the next day, and the nail polish chipped quickly. I won't expect this to happen (at least so fast) for the price of the service. It didn't last more than one week without lots of them chipping.
I have had other treatments that met up to expectations, but not in this case.

The manicure & pedicure was nice but I used to come here around 2 years ago, and I thought I would try coming back here but it’s definitely not how it used to be, the place is quite dirty and it doesn’t look like they’ve looked after it. They don’t give you coffee anymore despite paying £80 to get a pedicure and manicure so that’s actually disappointing. There’s also no chocolate and all the equipment is filthy so not sure what’s happened but it’s a shame because the nail tech was sweet.
