Disappointed as my shellac only lasted 5 days, whereas when I get my nails done by other technicians at C&N it last over 3 weeks. Even more annoyed, as I specifically booked Lori, was on time and did not get the technician I booked. What’s the point of offering customers the option to book a specific technician, if the salon does not stick to what the customer requested or offer an explanation if the booking needs to be changed.

Ali is so talented! My shellac always lasts over 3 weeks. The salon is lovely & relaxing. All the staff are really friendly too!

Good shellac removal very happy with that.
Last time when I had the gel nails applied the coffee was soo so so nice. I was excited to have a lovely free coffee this time but I never got offered one.
Felt to awkward to ask for one incase they said no because I was only having a gel removal :(
