Couldn’t have had a better first time experience at Chocolate and Nails! Their service was incredible and they were very thorough. They were super clean too. I’m super happy with my nails and this definitely won’t be the last time I’m visiting them. Super nice friendly staff.

Honestly so disappoint with this place, I’ve been getting my nails done for a few years and this was one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had by far.
The nail technician had no idea what she was doing she put the base coat as a top coat and couldn’t understand why the polish was coming off
She was cleaning the cuticle remover in the water where my hand was still soaking, she cut me a few times, didn’t wear any gloves and my manicure is so patchy my toes have not been painted properly either!
Avoid at all cost for 55£ I was expecting cleanness and professionalism at the very least. It also took over two hours. I will be getting my nails redone next weekend.
