Hello,
When I arrived she mistook me for another customer and I said it was alright, she had begun giving me a pedicure. I told her that I was only meant to do my nails (gel removal and redo) but that if she had time I didn’t mind if she continued the pedicure. Then the other customer arrived and she told me she had no time to do my hands. I paid for the pedicure even though she didn’t finish and I had already paid £27 online which were not returned and I had to do my nails at Ealing Broadway.
