Lana asked what I wanted and then did her own thing. Asked for no layers. Got them. Will take months to get back to my favourite style plus she was brusque to the point of rudeness. Will not be going there again

Service levels as always were great. The only issue being my booking through the app and pre paying I ended up overpaying for the service and was then told there was no way of processing a refund. I will only be booking direct from now on.
