They didn’t have a record of what treatments I booked and when they eventually got to me they started doing a different treatment until I had to show them my booking again to prove I’d booked for another treatment. The eyelash tint and eyebrow wax was very good - the lady was very professional and my eyelashes/eyebrows look great. The haircut was a little bit what I’d asked for and the stylist didn’t ask me a lot of questions regarding exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it styled.
