I turned up to my appointment, and I was told that the hairdresser did not work on that day, and they werent sure when she would be back. I was told I could wait for the only other hairdresser to finish the cut she was doing, do her next customer then come onto me. This however was going to be too long of wait and I couldn't waste that long. I am unsure why my appointment was offered in the first place.
