I booked a brazilian wax (which is the same as what i've been having for 15yrs) but afterwards i was told what she did was a hollywood which costs more just for future reference. I found it strange that i would be given a service i did not book without asking if that is what she deemed it to be. I think the quality of wax maybe wasn't that good as she kept going over the same areas again and again and afterwards there were still little hairs left in quite a few places. The treatment bed wasn't that clean, it had hair all over the plastic layer with a new sheet of tissue over that which unfortunately didn't cover the hair left on the bed. The price was fine (when actually charged for what i booked) however i wouldn't use this service again.
