I had a great first experience with Hama a couple of months back. She spent lots of time washing my hair/head massage. Asked me exactly what I wanted. Offered me a drink and was very friendly. The cut was precise and I was very pleased. On my second more recent visit I was not as pleased with my experience. Great value for money but I was seen by a different hair stylist who didn’t seem as experienced. My hair was not washed as thoroughly and was cut a little uneven. Long layers were just randomly cut. I also noticed that the hair stylists don’t get on. No communication between them just dirty looks. Gave the place an uncomfortable feeling.
