The therapist was very professional and very polite. She made me feel comfortable. Her ability with waxing was very good, she made sure to use the right product and applied an after wax to help with the redness. The place was clean and tidy. I will book again!

I am really disappointed with my visit to Chop Chop. After reading all the great reviews I was excited about the possibility of finding a good, affordable new hairdresser open on Sundays. I was very disappointed. Firstly I asked for not too much length to be taken off, and it was. But worst of all, I asked for a fringe and left with what others have confirmed is actually a mullet. And not even a trendy one. I'm probably going to have to go and get my hair cut again, so in the end it was a major waste of money and time. Oh, and I cried when I got home. I guess I shouldn't have expected a cheap cut to be any good but I did show photos of what I wanted and asked if it would work with my hair. It should have worked but I don't think the hairdresser took the right approach to my hair type. The staff were friendly enough initially but they also insisted I didn't pre-pay, and I did. I had to show them on the screen and my phone before I could escape. It was pretty terrible. Perhaps they are better with barbering.
