I absolutely loved it. staff were very friendly and I always leave this place feeling pleased with my hair cut and treatment.

Upon arrival I was directed straight to the sinks to have my hair washed. I asked if there was going to be a consultation before my hair was washed but was told we could talk about the cut I was going to have afterwards. The person washing my hair was not the person who was to cut it. There was no head massage or conversation. Once my hair was washed I was offered a drink. The hair dresser who cut my hair was obviously in charge of the salon as every time the phone rang no body else seemed to be able to deal with the call and as a result my hair cut was constantly interrupted or in some cases the stylist would take the call whilst still snipping away. I found it a bit rude. However he was clearly a very proficient hair dresser, the cut and blow dry I came out with I was very happy with. So in a nut shell, great hair, terrible service. I won't go back.

The massage during hair wash was amazing. Hass did my hair and it was amazing. Exactly how I wanted it and it was PERFECT. He took care of every strand and made sure not to cut it too short.
