Absolutely first class, I was welcomed and seen straight away. Samara was a complete pleasure, I was given great, honest advice on caring for my hair in the most professional way. We had discussed products to be used ahead of my visit, I have keratin smooth treated hair. A brilliant experience - and I am fussy. I will return, and as for my hair (after my colour) it looked and still looks amazingly sleek. Way beyond my expectations. So many compliments too. Keep up the great work - Continued blessings ladies!
Ladies' Haircuts
I was seen to an hour after my appointment time. Asked for half a head of highlights. Left the hand basin with orange hair. They then bleached my hair until I had a burnt forehead and scalp. Tried to dye it brown. So I have a block of strawberry blonde around my hairline. Instead of highlights. AND my refund has been declined. Still trying to fight this. Awful experience.

The salon is bright and nicely appointed, and the stylist was friendly but not over-chatty (which I was happy about!). Wash & blow dry were good. However, the issue was I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time, despite the salon being very quiet, because a client was already in the chair when I arrived for my appointment, to get her hair dyed. Lucky I had my book! May need to check your Treatwell appointments before accepting walk ins/having a clash?
