I’m always an honest reviewer and I also work in customer service so it’s a rare thing for me to complain but me and my friend will not be using their services again. Our nails (specially the hand ones) were not left looking like they were done by a professional at all. Very poorly filed and shaped (irregular shape) and the nail polish looks like it has been on the nails for weeks when it has only been 3 days. We would like to be contacted asap as we would like a refund. Not happy at all.
