When I first walking in I was shocked on how friendly staff appeared to be. I was notice and seen to straight away, no fussing around. I was told to make myself feel comfortable, that I did. I was offered tea,coffee and many more treats to make me feel more at ease. When I was seen to, I was given towels for my dignity, staff walked out, whiles I changed and covered myself. Staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. No complaints! I definitely be going back! As they do many more treatments.

It has been a long time since I have had this treatment so was feeling a bit nervous. The therapist did a very quick job and didn't take much time to check if results were met to a good standard. I felt very rushed and then was left alone to unlock the front door myself and leave. The overall atmosphere felt very untheraputic. Not so sure ill be going back again.
