Feel like my appointment was so rushed..waxing was done really quickly and unfortunately ended up with a lot of broken hairs..dont think I will be back for a wax again.

When I arrived there was no record of my booking and the lady said I would need to come back in a few hours. However when I then phoned Treatwell for a refund she changed her mind. Manicure and pedicure were OK - a bit rushed but she said someone had phoned in sick so I think she was up against it. Annoyingly she then tried to charge me extra for polish which was meant to be included in the price so watch out for this! Oddly she then did gel on my pedicure for no extra charge (after trying to get me to pay another £15) because she said it was quicker and she had another client. Overall not a great experience but she did seem to be having a nightmare day!!
