The salon was very clean and my treatment was very relaxing. The last was very polite and friendly. She gave me a leaflet of all their treatments and I will definitely be returning. I love my eyelash extensions. They have been applied so well that they look natural and you can't see where they have been attached. Thank you very much!

1. Other treatment was done, rather then one that I’ve booked. On the way out it was a surprise for me that I have to pay £62, instead of £38 that I’ve booked online. So instead of booked bikini wax, had Hollywood, due to lack of my knowledge, didn’t even stopped her.
2. They have added an extra £7 for underarm waxing, although when booking, arm and underarm are on the same section on Treatwell, and haven’t got an option to choose underarm only, so I assumed if I choose an option of full arm the underarms are included. Showed that to the owner and she said I can pay £55 instead. Which wasn’t so bad in the end but still not what I expected.
3. Looked property at home and still got unwaxed patches on my thigh and patches on bikini line (and only for that I paid £25, seriously?) and I’m not talking about those short hair that they told me too short and I agreed, it is the patches where they didn’t even waxed.
4. Mould on the wall and splashes on the other side are not adding any good to my experience. Dirty floor, no one locking the door doing such private procedures.
5. Music was nice and relaxing, the second lady who came to do my legs and arms was very nice, she made me feel relaxed.
