The lady was nice enough, venue is in her house at the very top. The waxing stuff she used I didn't like at all, and it seemed she had a hard to pulling it off. When I got home my knickers were stuck to my bits and after giving myself an inspection it was an extremely poor wax job!!! I had patches of hair everywhere with bits of wax stuck to them, I essentially had to give myself a wax on the toilet seat. Would not recommend especially for £28
