Crystal is very welcoming and friendly, but also she is very skilled and accurate in her work. It's a pleasure to visit her. She is totally trustworthy and I highly recommend her.

Crystal was really friendly, quick and thorough while doing the electrolysis. My face was not sore after the treatment and I didn't develop any scabbing. She was also able to recommend skincare for some issues that I was having.

Head's up - if it's your first time at this salon, there's not a lot of info on how to find it or signs, so give yourself extra time! I was stressed from being late, which did affect how I found the appointment. When I came in the therapist was very nice but didn't intro herself & there wasn't much of a consultation, hard to hear her over loud GB News in the background! The massage was very firm - I don't bruise easily but have several from the treatment. Good if you like very intense massages.
