Ladies' Haircuts
Do not be fooled by the good reviews like I was! I had the worst haircut I've had in years here.
To begin with, my appointment was booked for 25mins later than I actually had booked it for on Treatwell, without anyone notifying me.
I have long straight hair and went in to trim the ends, same style, nothing else changed. Instead, I came out with 10-15cm shorter hair, different style, with some sort of layers and not cut straight. To clarify, I clearly specified to the hairdresser what I wanted and she still did it her own way, I don't think she actually understood English well enough to listen to what I wanted. Which is quite problematic if you work in a customer facing job. Now my hair looks like you'd expect it to look after a bad, cheap haircut.
I'm incredibly upset by this experience as I've been growing my hair for a while now and only wanted a trim so it keeps growing healthy, now I have to start again due to someone's complete lack of professionalism and experience.
Unless you want to leave holding back your tears and spend half a year upsetting over your haircut, I'd suggest staying away! I've had better haircuts done by trainees at reputable salons. I've definitely learned my lesson the hard way and will not be coming back.
