From start to finish it was a lovely treatment. I arrived and was immediately escorted to a basin, where I had my hair washed and conditioned with a mini head massage. Water was a perfect temperature. During the haircut I was asked exactly what I wanted, the length was checked with me before it was trimmed and Ana took her time to make sure it was a good cut. Even some advice on what treatment to help my hair be better condition.
The blow dry was lovely, and was done exactly as I asked and stayed for a long time considering volume and curls fall out my hair very quickly.
I would 100% recommend Xclusive to a friend or family member for this treatment and will definitely being going back again as brilliant service and value for money.

This was one of the best and most gentle waxes I've ever had. Elisa took time and care on my bikini line, did a really thorough job, asked me my preferences often and gave me advice on how to look after my sensitive skin. I've already booked again and plan to make it my new go-to.
