Happy with the results, however the hairdresser was using combs/brushes that had clearly not been cleaned after the last client if not before. They were full of other people’s hair which is quite unhygienic for any salon.

Normally I have an amazing experience here. This was a one-off not so good waxing experience by a new member of staff (who I think was being trialled for a period) and the issue was followed up with excellent customer service by the manager (who is a fantastic waxer).
