The surrounding skin of my ring finger and middle finger were made to bleed with the nail file machine. I said ouch as it happened but the nail technician did not apologise or apply any antiseptic to the wounds. I was concerned how sterile the equipment was (ie risks of blood borne viruses) and had to blot the nail as it kept bleeding - I have photo proof of this if you would like to see it: Its still very painful washing my hands under a hot tap now Other than that my nails were done well.

Great experience as usual, asked for infill, new nail shape and a particular style from a photo and got everything I asked for. Can't fault ther service.

Appointment took longer than expected, as expected with the time of year and a mix between appointments and walk ins. Staff were very apologetic and kept checking in with me, to make sure I was OK. Love my nails, and will be back in the new year.
