Hayley was 10 minutes late today due to the train being delayed but once we got that out of the way, she was very good. We both wore masks throughout. She wasn’t very chatty but I prefer that. She listened to what I wanted, was gentle and thorough, and my holiday nails look gorgeous. For the price, I am very pleased. Thank you!

The venue was very nice and clean but the manicure has come out very gloopy and uneven. The colour is lovely but I was a bit disappointed.
