Had a lovely wax by Anna , she was really professional and re assuring as it had been a while since I had a wax. She was caring and kind and made me feel at ease the whole time . I will definitely return and get a wax with Anna as I know I will be in safe hands , I highly recommend.

Ann is a good beautician and she was very helpful when organization went wrong. Organization at the salon is not great though with mix up with my appointment and treatments

Had expected an actual pedicure - with foot soak but this wasn't part of the treatment. Quibbled price of treatment as advertised in window at a lower price in a window. Hayden was good about this but it felt a little awkward. Finish was great and my nails look incredible but sadly after a day they chipped. Told that I could return for a retouch if needed but no time before my holiday. Personally, I prefer a calmer more tranquil/neutral setting but I can't fault Hayden at all they're a rare gem!
