Tessa is a brilliant hairdresser, she always makes my hair look beautiful. She is very thorough and takes good care of my hair. In the time since she has done my hair it has grown and become stronger.
She also is an excellent nail technician. Again she takes great care of my nails and they have become stronger.

My appointment was put back by an hour and a half, which I was ok with as I'm retired but then when I got there I had to wait another 20-25 minutes as Tessa was working on another clients hair,in fact another staff member had to take over so that she could start my nails. Tessa was chewing gum the entire time, often with her mouth open and seemed more interested in other people than me. I think time management is an issue that needs addressing and personnel skills to. But my nails are lovely.
