I had an 11:30 appointment this morning by a girl who didn’t seem happy atall...
She took me downstairs to a room with only a stained certain pulled across for “privacy”. The room looked like a 12 year old girls bedroom as it was bright pink with a star mirror hanging off the wall...I told her I was super nervous about waxing and I found it very uncomfortable (in hope of reassurance)... but she told me she hated it too and it was very painful. She was very quick at waxing and after a while we started to converse which was initiated by myself... perhaps she was just having an off day but I really think it’s so important that treatments like this should be done by friendly and reassuring staff with a calming nature (as waxing is so intimate and painful) I have to say that I will not be returning to Ciao Bella again.
