It was my first time to have a mani-pedi at Ciao. Thumbs up to the Manicure Therapist, very satisfied and very happy! The only thing I was not not so happy with was the Pedi Therapist, I am not sure if she finds it difficult to do the foot scrub, removing the cuticle, etc... due to her very long nails. Looking at her it was like awkward...Don’t get me wrong but she’s lovely.

Very unorganised think it has changed hands mix up with appointments just not a relaxing experience .The lady who did my eyebrows nit my eyelashes was lovely .Need more organising just not like a professional salon.

I had a lovely experience in the salon. The staff were friendly and my manicurist was very thorough. Bearing in mind this was all whilst everyone was wearing masks. My first visit but definitely not my last!
