Though I was on time for my appointment I had to wait a little bit as it seemed they were not ready for me (when I showed up Barbara had to ask the lady to move from the chair, clean it and get everything ready which took little time but still) She was professional and knowledgeable however, it felt a bit rushed when her next client showed up as her colleagues kept asking her how long would she be in order to serve the other lady. Overall would experience anyway.
