The technician was rude, unprofessional, and hostile. She badly damaged my skin during the removal process and made my finger bleed. Instead of apologizing, she glared at me and aggressively repeated "What? What?" whenever I spoke. I was so intimidated that I had to walk on eggshells the entire time.
It is completely unacceptable to pay for a service and end up injured and terrified. Unsafe and terrible hospitality. Absolutely do not recommend.
