great treatment from connie. she is always so friendly and positive. she explained the process and also helped me decide on the colour to go for. brows were a bit of a shock at first as they were dark... she told me they would calm down a little by the next day and she was right. they look great, only had to brush them through this morning, no filling in! thank you so much xx

The music was too loud, the staff looked in hurry but Erin was really lovely. The manager should leave more time to the staff
