The nail removal service was ok. I was a bit baffled and surprised that the nail technician was peeling them off instead of soaking them in acetone! I had two broken nails that did peel off easily which is fair enough but I wasn't expecting the rest of my nails to be peeled off. It was quite an uncomfortable feeling as it felt like my natural nail was being ripped off! The lady who did it was really nice and all but I didn't enjoy my experience.
