I arrived at the salon and I sat down and started having my nails done. The technician was quite rough on the cuticles on hands, but only one finger bled (not very much so not an issue). Got onto my feet, and the pedicure was not as relaxing as I hoped it would be. The technician had cut one of my toes and was bleeding (I’d only realised the full extent of this when I got home, and it looked as if it had been bleeding for a while). They also removed an ingrown toenail on my big toe which I wasn’t aware they would do (and wasn’t aware I had)! This was quite painful and I think the therapist noticed my discomfort and explained what they were doing. Overall it was a good experience whilst I was there - the lady doing my nails was really nice. However, one of my toes hurts now, not quite what I was expecting after a pedicure - an enjoyable experience otherwise.
