My appointment was put back by an hour and a half, which I was ok with as I'm retired but then when I got there I had to wait another 20-25 minutes as Tessa was working on another clients hair,in fact another staff member had to take over so that she could start my nails. Tessa was chewing gum the entire time, often with her mouth open and seemed more interested in other people than me. I think time management is an issue that needs addressing and personnel skills to. But my nails are lovely.

Found my new regular salon. Comfortable and safe environment. Eyebrow tint was perfect (not too dark), and my eyebrow shape exactly what I wanted. Body waxing was efficient and as painless as possible.
