I booked in to have my eye brows done, tinted and waxed the lady waxing them didn’t hold my skin down when ripping the strip off and put too much wax off the middle of my brow taking a chunk out of one eye brow …. I only noticed this when I left as it was late and the women doing them was in the middle of a nail appointment whilst doing my eye brows so clearly wasn’t paying attention

Happy with the results however I was waiting a long time without being apologised to for the nail tech being late as she was busy chatting. The level of cleanliness was awful and nothing cleaned in between clients.
