Marina was very friendly. However, I didn’t feel she was that experienced & felt unhappy almost immediately… cuticles were done, no soaking beforehand etc. Nails were filed & buffed… but they weren’t wiped clean after, base coat was applied, then the nail varnish (which I brought) …finally the top coat, which was thick & old, 3 different bottles were tried… that’s when I said something. Marina did apologise & took £10 off… I redid my nails at home! Note: I have photos of nails when I got home!
