Ann was lovely, the atmosphere was very nice and felt very welcoming, a great choice of colors, and the gel manicure is holding up very nicely! Would 100% recommend :)

I went for a deluxe pedicure & gel polish but had a couple of issues. Firstly a therapist called me an hour before my appointment to say that it would be a rush to see me at my app time and I should change it (It's rare for me to treat myself so I didn't want to feel rushed but couldn't change the time due to childcare). Secondly whilst my treatment was enjoyable the day after my gel polish was peeling off which it should ever do. I contacted them with photos but I haven't heard back.

I feel bad for leaving an OK review as Djenabu was super lovely.
Nails were OK. I had originally booked for a removal also but at the time Djenabu suggested we leave them and do an infill. I was happy with them when I left.
Unfortunately, a few of my nails become quite loose a day later. After speaking to Djenabu, we rebooked to repair them, however when I went in for my appointment, there was no record. Sorry to leave bad review, just a bit disappointed.
