Had a great experience, everyone in the salon was friendly and Ann did an amazing job. She is very professional and extremely thorough - if you don't want hair there she'll ensure it is removed from the root!

Victoria was lovely and very professional and I was really happy with my gel manicure at first. However, it has been less than a week since I got the manicure and three of my nails have already chipped/peeled, which is something I don’t expect from a £25 gel manicure.
If it weren’t for this, I would have nothing but positive things to say at about the experience.

The atmosphere was real, with kids and conversation and friendliness. Nothing formal or artificial or pretentious
I would have wanted more choice of colours for the nail polishes and more explanation when I booked as to what each treatment entailed. For example I didn't understand that a 'foot soak' was mainly to remove gel, which I didn't have, so there was no need for me to book that. Relaxing and clean and reasonably priced.
