The atmosphere was real, with kids and conversation and friendliness. Nothing formal or artificial or pretentious
I would have wanted more choice of colours for the nail polishes and more explanation when I booked as to what each treatment entailed. For example I didn't understand that a 'foot soak' was mainly to remove gel, which I didn't have, so there was no need for me to book that. Relaxing and clean and reasonably priced.
