They were lovely. Mainly had issues with the time it took them to do a nail infill. I booked in for an hour/ninety minutes. It took them over two and half hours. I asked for ombre and got a awful nude with white dabbed on top. I had to get another colour put on because it looked so bad. They did not know how to do the effect or what I was talking about

Overall it was a good experience however their lack of experience shows. You have to tell them the state of your nails before you get there, especially if you come in with missing nails or broken nails. My appointment was booked for 2hrs, it got updated to 2.15hrs on the morning. In the end, it took them 3.30hrs . I was charged £14 extra to repair the nails - I was told the extra hour was to fix the nails when it has taken other salons/artists only 20minutes max and not been charged.

Wonderful experience.
All the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Although, I didn't have an appointment, they were extremely accommodating in regards to fitting me in. It's quite clear that the staff members value their customers.
The beauty salon is a clean and inviting environment. I'm always concerned when having beauty treatments done, as often the salon is not up to standards. However, I felt comfortable in the salon and I will definitely return.

Shokouh is a professional nail artist . She does her job very carefully with patience. The salon is immaculately clean and tidy. They serve a free coffee for customers and give them a gift pack and a good discount afterwards. I will recommend them and will go back for sure.
