I really needed a sports massage after developing a grumpy hip and injuring my back at the same time. Jennifer really takes the time to explore/understand the issues, listens to feedback, and puts so much effort into easing my pain! A fantastic thorough massage (with great chats too!) and Jennifer took the time after my session had ended to demonstrate exercises I could do at home for longer term issues. I always feel at ease during my appointments and leave looking forward to the next one!
