I have had a niggle in my upper back/ shoulders from working at a desk but after my visit at the weekend I can’t believe I’m now pain free. Not only that but Ant provided me with a number of stretches and tips including a tennis ball to help prevent the niggle returning between my sessions.
Already booked myself back in as I can’t believe how good it feels to be pain free.

Deep Tissue Massage
When I got to the venue it was just a door, I didn't expect it to be as nice as it was inside. Very clean and professional. Ant was great at what he did. He also spoke to me about some exercises I could do for after and also recommended other things I could try that would work well with the deep tissue massage I had.

Excellent and professional massage with Ant!
I was a little bit worried about this massage as some reviewer's have mentioned it can be quite uncomfortable, but also there were so many good reviews i decided to book it anyway. I normally have massages in salons and have always felt they haven't really addressed the problems i have with my back and shoulders.
Ant explained what he was going to do and advised if i felt there was ever to much pressure then to just tell him, he then also made a little joke that he hadn't made anyone cry this year.
The massage was firm and yes certain areas were a little uncomfortable but my back and shoulders feel amazing now so 100% worth it.
After the massage i was given a bottle of water ( much needed as i was very warm!) i was shown some stretches and also given some great advice. Also i was sent a receipt meaning i can claim the cost back through my health insurance as Ant advised both he and Dom are accredited, was very happy about this!
Will definitely be booking in again!
