I went for a deep tissue massage and even though it hurt throughout, it has really helped my shoulders Ant was very professional and made me fully aware that i would suffer some brusing after but i would start to feel the benfits in a few days i had my appointment and am starting to feel a lot more flexiable. I have already recommended Ant to some of my friends and i shall be returning for my back and sciatica issues just maybe for a 30min slot instead of the 60mins. But i will be back.
