Amazing massage with Ant. He used a percussion massager prior to the massage which also felt really good. I will certainly be back as my shoulders still feel great 5 days later!

Went in with a painful lower back thanks to overdoing it a bit the previous weekend and Dom was as great as ever, figuring out the issue and working the knots out with the minimum of pain. The space is calm and clean and I definitely came out feeling better than I did going in. Fast forward a couple of days and the pain has almost completely disappeared. Definitely recommend.
