Great sports massage. I have ongoing issues with nerve entrapment plus tightness/knots due to desk job/climbing. Ant listens and tailors treatment to suit, plus will adapt the treatment on the fly if he discovers tension in am area I've not mentioned. Always leave feeling looser and in less pain. Also great after care advice!

I’ve had chronic issues with my neck and back and I always leave Circle 8 feeling miles better. Ant is very knowledgeable and always makes sure to explain what may be causing the pain and discomfort. He is brilliant at what he does and is also really friendly. Definitely would recommend!
