Ant was really clear with the directions to the place as it was my first time going for a massage. He was really welcoming and friendly and did a thorough induction before. I felt really comfortable and although I felt sore afterwards I felt loads better! He also gave me some exercises and sent a follow up email which I really appreciated! I would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you! :)

Deep Tissue Massage
have not been able t o run for about 2 weeks with a muscle injury to my right calf plus issues with shoulder and lower back. Had a good chat with jade and after explaining the issue Jade got to work. After a day the leg and shoulder was pain free and looking forward to my run this evening!
