It was so lovely! I have some upper back pain from working at a desk and a hip problem which Jade did a great job to relieve. She just knew where all of the right/painful parts were it was so good! She also gave me some stretches at the end to help with tension which was really helpful. Place was very clean, relaxing and I’ll definitely be back!

Could not be happier with the service recieved by Ant here. During lockdown i have been working from home at my dining table and also took up running! Both my upper and lower back have been in agony and also i have had some knee pain!
Didn't expect to walk away feeling totally pain free but i did! So impressed! Ants great to talk to, very knowledgeable and really excels at his craft.
Excellent aftercare advise as well! Highly recommend.
