Overall it was a brilliant service. Ant was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. He understood my problem areas and took great care in trying to fix the issues. Great customer service and gave sound advice and techniques that I can do at home. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

Sports Massage
Firstly I just want to say that Ant replies very quickly to emails as I needed to rearrange my appointment and couldn't seem to do it online but he sorted it very quickly.
The massage with Ant was excellent, I've never had a therapist who has done movement tests and muscle tests prior to the actual massage. My neck and shoulders feel so much looser, it was uncomfortable at points but he did explain this at the start and advised to just let him know if it got a little to much.
Highly Recommend!
