Couldn't recommend Ant enough to be honest! Such a friendly guy who puts you at ease from the minute you step in, even easing my pandemic paranoia, which is no small task. Clearly incredibly knowledgeable too, straight away being able to identify all my problem areas, even those I didn't know were problem areas, and sorting them out with ease. Ant even goes to extra mile to provide exercises and recommendations to incorporate to avoid problems reoccurring. I won't go anywhere else for a massage now
