Had a really great sports massage at Circle 8 which really helped reduce my pain. My muscles felt relaxed after the massage and my pain was reduced the next day. Thank you!
Sports Massage
Really impressed with the service I recieved from Ant, it's a great little place. Excellent massage ( slightly uncomfortable at times) but I was pre warned. Having been to a physio many times I still didn't really understand the issue, Ant broke it down so I actually understood what the problem is and the advice he gave me to fix it really makes sense.
I had this massage over a month ago and I have been feeling much better since.
Would certainly recommend this place!
