I exercise very regularly, I lift weights and I run 3 times a week. My shoulders muscles have been very tight for months before I visited Circle 8 and my hips were sore, I tried sport massage in a number of places and they were OK but the only one that really helped relieve my muscles tightness was Ant's massage, and he even gave me very helpful tips on how to avoid muscles tightness in future.
